We respond to new concerns by conducting an on-site inspection, qualifying issues, and scheduling a certified service technician visit. Our service team will review your concerns, determine parts needed to complete the job, and suggest a plan of action.
At North Shore Window and Door we don’t wait for manufacturer service technicians to act. We have our own service department that can respond quickly and schedule appointments immediately; sometimes the same day there is a service call.
Installation and maintenance of our windows and doors can be purchased as a package, if requested. We suggest that North Shore Window & Door complete Weiland, MHB or Fleetwood window installations. This ensures that these custom windows are installed properly by our professional service staff.
Our philosophy is simple. Our customers shouldn’t have to chase contractors or trades for answers. We believe the customer should be able to pick up the phone just once and feel confident that their problem will be completed stress-free.
